citizenM Boston North Station hotel

We could not check in until 2pm which we were okay with that. The lobby had a bar, food section & games to play to kill time. The staff were very nice & welcoming. Check in & check out was very easy. It was my birthday and we requested a higher floor with a city view & were not disappointed. We can’t wait to come back. I recommend this location

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The architecture and the interior design of the common spaces as well as the rooms is absolutely great. The rooms feel highly specious and the service is good. The check in and check out process is made really easy and fast too. Loved it. Will definitely look for this brand anytime I travel from now on.

I have stayed here a few times now. Unfortunately, this time I was not at all impressed. From the time we were checking in, there were problems. It took a good 20 minutes to check in due to their system being down. They charged me for the room, and then tried to tell me that they never charged me. It took me opening up my bank account and showing them that I was already charged for the room to finish the process. At this point, we went to go up to the rooms and our key cards were not working. After getting that figured out, we were starving from a long day of travel and ordered some food. The food took over an hour to be ready, and I had to go downstairs and see what was going on. I also want to mention the food and water was ridiculously expensive especially for the poor service. Once we got our food and went up to the room to watch a little bit of TV before we went to sleep, the TV kept disconnecting from the casting. Even check out ended up being a problem and I had to return to the hotel after leaving because the check out option was not working through the app. All in all I was not impressed, and will most likely be taking my business elsewhere next time I need to get a hotel in this area.

This was the best hotel experience I have ever had! Hotel staff was amazing and so helpful at all times. They were so kind and very friendly. The room was very cool and the location is excellent for going to TD Garden for a concert! The complementary breakfast was amazing. The atmosphere was great and we made a lot of new friends there as everyone had such a positive vibe! The staff were so great we even felt sad we didn’t get to say bye to one exceptional staff member!
